The purpose of PACTE Entreprise is the promotion, qualification and funding for the start-up and transfer of strategic businesses in the region. The Region can fund your start-up or buyout with the aid of subsidies, refundable advances or guarantees.

The purpose of the ASTRE programme and participating loan scheme is to assist companies with high growth potential by encouraging their competitiveness and development, particularly internationally.
The Region can provide a subsidy to fund a feasibility study for projects relating to growth and job creation, and fund development projects by means of loans or refundable advances.

In order to promote the competitiveness of companies in the region - of which only 6% employ more than 10 people - the Region is encouraging them to come together in excellence groups, enabling companies to benefit from collective initiatives aimed at a specific sector, defined by the professionals themselves and funded by the Region as part of the AGIR en Languedoc-Roussillon programme.

Helping businesses innovate and grow is a priority for the Region, which has identified innovation as a key success factor for companies within their markets.

These programmes relate to innovation in technologies and services, developed internally or in partnership with regional research resources. The Region can finance technological feasibility studies, recruitment* and R&D* programmes in the form of subsidies or refundable advances.

In order to create and maintain jobs throughout the region, the Region is involved establishing a network of companies with better capital reserves at each stage of their development.
