Development of the Nicolas Appert Regional Business Park is being overseen by the Languedoc-Roussillon Region within a specific joint agency set up with the Castelnaudary District Authority.

The joint agency has transferred the development of the park to Languedoc-Roussillon Amenagement, a project management company.
